Please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue you face and we aim to provide a reply within 24 hours of receiving the ticket

We are based in the UK so please note our working hours are based in the UK time zone

Normal Opening hours

Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 10am to 2pm

Sunday 10am to 2pm


Refund Requests

We provide a no questions asked 7-day refund policy.  Please ensure you send a support ticket from the support link below and we will process the refund back to the payment method used within 24 hours.

If you fail to follow this procedure and contact PayPal directly without contacting us first you will have to wait for them to process your request which can take up to 28 days

Because the membership provides high quality digital products with unlimited downloads, refunds outside of the 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances

The monthly membership is not subject to a fixed term and is based on a month to month basis, if you wish to cancel the subscription please submit a support ticket following the procedure above and no further payments will be due, but no refunds can be made for previous months access.

If you do not wish to be bound by this refund policy please do not subscribe to the membership, if you do decide to join, this assumes you accept the terms and refund policy in full
