In the unlikely event that you do want a refund, please ensure you send a support ticket from the support link below and we will process the refund back to the payment method used normally within 24 hours.
If you fail to follow this procedure and contact PayPal directly without contacting us first you will have to wait for them to process your request which can take up to 28 days
Refunds outside of the 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances
The monthly membership is not subject to a fixed term and is based on a month-to-month basis, if you wish to cancel the subscription, either cancel your subscription directly in your PayPal account or submit a support ticket following the procedure above and no further payments will be due, but no refunds can be made for previous months access.
